I recently stayed at The Silveri and had a wonderful experience. The hotel design is amazing, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff, especially Christine at the Front Desk, were incredibly helpful. The Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom was a unique touch. The location is perfect, with easy access to the MTR and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. The hotel even provided a kids amenities kit for my child. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great spot! 😊 I'll definitely be returning. the staff here are super helpful, and you get views of the sea. the room is tidy and has plenty of light. Plus, it comes with central heating, a safe, and lots of TV channels.

The rooms are bright and reasonably spacious with great views of the mountains. the hotel is conveniently located near the cable car, restaurants, and fashion shops. - the rooms come equipped with a safe, cable channels, and a mini-bar fridge. - the bathroom has a bidet, which is a nice touch.

As a tourist, I loved the prime location with direct access to the MTR Tung Chung station. The sea view room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is connected to a big mall with many nearby restaurants. The hotel also provided UK plugs and USB ports, saving me the hassle of bringing extra plugs.

The hotel is a convenient base for exploring Hong Kong. the staff were great throughout the day. - the setting is favorable, very close to the Metro station, Bus Terminal, two shopping malls, Post office, and cable car. - Furthermore, it is located on the bay.

This hotel definitely knows how to cater to its guests' luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, making our stay comfortable and memorable. the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were exceptional, while the seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. the restaurant's in-room breakfast and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, with special diet menus available upon request.

Although everything was perfect, the lighting and blind switches were not well arranged in the room, making it a bit inconvenient. However, this minor issue did not affect our stay negatively.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was connected to a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room amenities were impressive, including good quality toiletries and a Japanese toilet. Additionally, the free shuttle bus to the airport was convenient and appreciated.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is located on the bay, attached to a mall, and is next to the cable car that goes to the Big Buddha. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom. The concierge, front office, and housekeeping staff are easily reachable and responsive. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus for convenience.

The television channels were limited and there was no service for most of my stay.

The hotel has clean public areas, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, with easy access to bus and MTR transportation grounds around Citygate Outlet and Ngong Ping Cable Car. The hotel is right above the mall, offering a variety of shops and dining options.
